markandmarietravel Ushuaia was the last Argentinian port on our 2016 cruise aboard Star Princess and the next day we arrived in the first Chilean stop, Punta Arenas. As is typical for us whenever we're somewhere new we headed off for an excursion first to see some highlights and get some local information from the guide. Our first stop was at the Museo Del Recuerdo (the Remembrance Museum), an open air museum in which were gathered vintage equipment (wagons, movie-making, farming, cars, etc.) and old buildings from the city and region that had been relocated to this spot.
